CI: switch lupdate-versions checked for

- look for the more-specific lupdate-qt5 first, then the generic one
 - in practice this is moot, though, since the only person running
   this script is me, on one of my development VMs

Reported by Kevin Kofler (who rightly points out that lupdate *might*
be a Qt4 or even Qt3-era executable).
