Jason Ish 44388f1b69 src: make include guards more library friendly
Include guards for libraries should use a prefix that is meaningful for
the library to avoid conflicts with other user code. For Suricata, use
SURICATA.

Additionally, remove the pattern of leading and trailing underscores as
these are reserved for the language implementation per the C and C++
standards.

Jeff Lucovsky 0d2268ddfc decode/vlan: Decode upto 3 layers of VLAN
Issue: 2816

This commit increase the number of VLAN layers supported by Suricata
from 2 to 3. 3-layers are dubbed "Q-in-Q-in-Q".

Note that 3 layers are not compliant with any existing standard but are
often seen in larger deployments.

Victor Julien 11be9bd971 mingw: add SCNtohl and SCNtohs macro's
On MinGW the result of ntohl needs to be casted to uint32_t and
the result of ntohs to uint16_t. To avoid doing this everywhere
add SCNtohl and SCNtohs macros.

Ken Steele c91b7fd3bc More structures that need to be marked Packed.
These structures are cast from raw packet data, so they should be packed.
The case is:

typedef struct Foo_ {
} Foo;

Foo *f = (Foo *)pkt;

VLAN functions/macros return vlan id in host byte order, so no need
to convert them in output functions.

Victor Julien 872bb5664e Fix null dereference in eve-log
Eve-log would call GET_VLAN_ID on the packets vlan header if p->vlan_idx
was bigger than 0. GET_VLAN_ID would then unconditionally dereference
p->vlanh[0] or [1]. However, there are a number of cases in which these
pointers are not set. Defrag pseudo packets, AF_PACKET and in the future
PF_RING, do set the id's, but not the header pointers.

This patch adds 2 new macro's which are wrappers around a function:

VLAN_GET_ID1 and VLAN_GET_ID2 get the id's by calling DecodeVLANGetId.

This function will return the correct id.

Bug #1120.
