M_ars 1476489fbe SDK6: update ctf (part 3) (for single and dual-core) 
tested with R7000 and RT-N18U, working correct

Note: update from 2018/2019 to 2020/2021 (latest src). ctf update part 2 has been VERY stable but lets update once more :)

M_ars d27db60dba SDK6: update wifi driver (for single and dual-core) to *.126 
Hint: for arm-master branch, arm-ng branch with extra commit (almost the same)

!!!IMPORTANT for the Upgrade!!!: select the new image and click/select "After flashing, erase all data in NVRAM memory"

basic testing done/ok, working so far :-)

Shibby c74e2e67ec Fixed CPU support for RT-N18U 
RT-N18U has a single-core CPU and isn`t support SMP. This router has to be compiled with new option ARMCPUSMP=up

This commit will fix CPU support for this router (fix CPU load) and also force to use separate wl and ctf module for router without SMP support.

-update et,emf,igs,ctf drivers
-update wl drover to 6.37.14.62 (r437318) (current Asus GPL)
-remove wlconf binary (we`re now compile it from sources)
-add depends of wlconf (common)
-upgrade wl tool
-Makefile - add new flags and features to ac68e target
