- This is due to start_wan starting wan interfaces then immediately restarting
wireless services. Any wan interfaces that are wireless and dhcp will be in a race
between the dhcpc bound event and the wireless service restart causing random
failure of route addition.

tcp_fragment() might be called for skbs in the write queue.
Memory limits might have been exceeded because tcp_sendmsg() only
checks limits at full skb (64KB) boundaries.
Therefore, we need to make sure tcp_fragment() wont punish applications
that might have setup very low SO_SNDBUF values.

Make sure that GPIO Pin 13 is always on --> it is connected to the WiFi IC (Power supply?);
otherwise signal will be very weak!
So far this is no change, the Asus driver for Tomato RT-N18U turns GPIO 13 on (HIGH) at startup.
But to make sure, add it. (align also to dd wrt)

gpio13 is somehow connected to the wireless chipset. so we need to keep it enabled, otherwise signal will be weak on the Asus RT-N18U
