Apply REUSE.software licensing tool across the codebase, add complete(*) licensing information. Since we're touching every file in the repo **anyway**, apply coding style too. (* there are four files not licensed, but they will be removed soon)main

The resulting AppImage, `Calamares-x86_64.AppImage`, can be run as if it is
