John Brooks 9a6cc6c657 Build libapplauncherd as a real library with exported symbols 
Boosters would include objects directly from launcherlib rather than
linking to it, which makes no sense of any kind.

Details:
--boot-mode starts applauncherd in the boot mode:
* Boosters won't initialize cache
* Booster respawn delay is zero

Sending SIGUSR1 forces the launcher to enter the normal mode again.
