If the brightness values in used colors are the same, we can
blink without desync. If they're different, the pulses will go
out of sync fast, so don't let it happen... :(

The controller doesn't really coordinate the blinking cycles, even
if they're all started together. Color mixes will go out of sync
really fast, so don't even try
